"there's a lot that goes on behind the scenes to make our Aloe Vera cocktail. we cut and juice fresh wheatgrass in-house and process fresh aloe vera each week (we don't recommend this at home). then, every day before service, the foam is made and charged. this cocktail almost didn't make it on our menu due to some disastrous attempts during pre-opening R&D, but we're very glad we got it to work and hope you are too."
