About Mike Grant

After studying chemistry at a young age, Mike's true passion for cooking stems from the science behind it. The idea of cooking with chemistry and teaching others this process is where Mike found his niche. He started his career at Hillstone Restaurant Group, where he worked for over a decade. After meeting his wife and business partner Christina, they decided to follow their dreams of opening their own restaurant in Dana Point. Mike's passion for creating new flavors with different ingredients is what drew him back to lead the kitchen at his Dana Point restaurant.
