Colby Garrelts is the Chef/Co-owner of Bluestem and Rye in Kansas City with his wife, Megan. Bluestem is a 2015, 2016, & 2017 James Beard Semifinalist for Outstanding Restaurant. Chef Colby is also a 2013 James Beard Foundation Best Chef: Midwest award winner.
