"Really proud of the beer our crew @trophybrewing made for this special collaboration with our friends @boultedbread . Josh and the crew came up with an entirely new recipe for a bread that would use Einkorn (the original wheat) and their house sourdough culture. We would take those loaves and replace the traditional brewing grains, ferment with our house yeast and their sourdough culture for our version of the traditional Slavic beverage Kvass. Chef @bjenzer tasted the bread and came up with some dishes to pair with the beer @trophytapandtable. Expect this beer to be popping up at the rest of our spots throughout the next week. Each of our places will have dishes prepared to specifically pair with the beer. Each Chef inspired by the bread made with love by our friends @boultedbread"
