"“Often a misconception, Cynar (pr.cheeNAR) does not taste like artichokes! It is a delicious Italian Amaro made up of more than a dozen botanical ingredients. It offers a beautiful up-front sweetness with a resolute herbal bitterness on the finish. Enjoy this on the rocks as an aperitif or as a digestif after a heavy meal. And with a relatively low alcohol content, Cynar adds amazing flavor and complexity to cocktails”. CIA (Cynar in Apple Brandy) .75 oz Cynar .75 oz Punt e Mes 1.5 oz lairds Apple Brandy 2 dash Apple bitters Add all to an old fashioned glass and serve neat. (A neat cocktail is known as a Scaffa and is among my favorite ways to drink). How are you enjoying Cynar? #IJHFTD"
