About Jesse Cyr

Jesse began in hospitality at Rob Roy in Seattle. After some time, he climbed to the position of General Manager/Beverage Director. Jesse then moved on to become Head Bartender at The Charter Hotel where he developed cocktail menus for their roof top bar and Argentinian restaurant. Afterwards, he bartended at L'Oursin (James Beard nominated) and Foreign National, one of the best bars in the city. Currently, Jesse is the Beverage Manager at the Fairmont Olympic Hotel in downtown Seattle.
