About Jesse Cyr

Jesse began in hospitality by bar backing and doing prep at Rob Roy in Seattle. Eventually he climbed to the position of General Manager/Beverage Director. Jesse then moved on to become Head Bartender at The Charter Hotel where he developed cocktail menus for their roof top bar and Argentinian restaurant. Afterwards, he bartended at L'Oursin (James Beard nominated) and Foreign National, one of the best bars in the city. Now he's lead bartender at the popular roof top venue, Mbar.
