"This is the starting point for my personal perfect tomato salad. Been thinking and working on it for a while. Trying to remember the moment I actually liked a tomato for the first time, and why. Taking something away from the plate and adding something else, most often to take it away again. Its violently and confidently simple, takes a lot of work to produce, and provides a lot of opportunity to mess up. Going to serve it for the first time @#titular"
