Evan Campbell is a Zagat-award winning chef originally from Virginia. Having worked in kitchens from the age of 14, he has worked in restaurants all over the east coast. The bulk of his culinary career has been spent in Boston, MA. His passions and focus are on bar-inspired Southern fare with New England grit. He is particularly fond of house-made savory breads and pastries and fresh seafood.
