Andy Wooton is a Sous Chef the Studio Restaurant in New York's Freehand Hotel. Andy has cooked in kitchens all over the US including Texas, Colorado, California, and New York. Through his travels he has picked up many trade skills and secrets, and loves to share them. He enjoys hanging out with his dog in his free time and watching both kinds of football.
