About Aaron Swersky

A native of Knoxville, TN, Aaron Swersky has been training and cooking in restaurants since he was in high school. While in culinary school, Aaron worked as a butcher at Cochon555 and Primal Napa Valley assisting chefs Chris Cosentino and Ryan Farr. Aaron is best known in Charleston for his time as fishmonger at Abundant Seafood, a top local fish purveyor. He is now operating the Herd Provisions food trailer as executive chef and chief butcher, popping up in various neighborhood locations to introduce food lovers to his “Herd Burger” and other signature dishes showcasing Leaping Waters Farm meat.
