Hunter Moore attended culinary school in Chicago and once out of school, he worked his way through some of the city’s best kitchens, deepening both his knowledge of and passion for the craft of food, as well as cooking and hospitality in general. Hunter opened Parson’s Chicken & Fish in May of 2013, creating an evolving seasonal menu.
