About Marc Metzer

Marc Metzer is a 3rd generation California duck farmer developing his new duck egg company Olinday Farms as well as managing Metzer Farms. Upon graduating from Cal Poly, he moved to Seoul, South Korea and taught  English. The California Agricultural Leadership helped Marc develop his leadership skills in Washignton DC, Jordan, Israel, and Greece. He has also traveled extensively in Asia and Europe. He has introduced chefs to the versatility of duck eggs throughout Monterey Bay.
