About Cuc Lam

Cuc lam is a private chef, home cook, foodie extraordinaire. Her specialties include Cajun, Chinese, Vietnamese, Thai and southern home cooking. She has been cooking in her own kitchen for over 20 years and have always enjoyed sharing meals with friends and family. Most recently, she helped open and served as operating partner and concept chef for SING, a fast casual Singaporean-inspired eatery in Houston. In the past, she owned and operated a popular Houston area bar & grill and spent some time as a restaurant critic for the Houston Press. She recently left SING and is re-entering the world of Chef Pop-ups with private events and cooking classes in her home, in local restaurants and venues.
