"This dish is not always on the menu, but when it is, get it! It's always filled with some deliciously gooey, melted cheese, bitter greens, and pickled hot peppers. The mass goes into the wood-burning oven, so it's got a great crust with a touch of smoke. Then, they guild the sh-t out of it with a fried egg on top. Hello, delicious."
