About Pascaline Clerc

Having grown up in a 300-person village near the Alsace region in northeast France, I have learned the traditions of country cooking, passed down from my great-grandmother to my grandmother to my mother to me. Now living as an expat in DC, cooking my hometown specialties brings me back to my childhood meals surrounded by family and friends over savory food and wine. My great-grandmother Ginette would be proud that I always keep extra butter, cheese & a bottle of wine in the kitchen.
