Richie Nakano is the chef/co-owner of IDK Concepts, a pop-up restaurant that is currently serving fried chicken sandwiches, snacks and sides. His brick-and-mortar ramen noodle shop earned him a 2013 StarChefs Rising Star Community Chef Award. His involvement with his restaurant ended, but he continues to experiment with new recipes.
