About Carina Casco

Carina's story starts in Argentina, a land of passion. Here, family, food and dance are the hallmarks of good living. Sharing a meal is part of the fabric of life. That's what makes Carina so hospitable. It's in her DNA. Carina began her culinary career at the age of 16 and has honed her talents while she made her way to the US via Mexico and Australia (picking up her husband Miguel along the way). Carina cooks by hand. She prefers to bake her own breads, make fresh sauces and chooses the knife over the food processor so she can express herself in her food. The colors are bright, textures balanced and flavors deep.
