About Samantha Shabman

I am have always been TOTALLY in love with food; however,the first time I ever turned a stove on was 3 years ago when I became a vegetarian. I did not get into cooking until a few years ago when I became a vegetarian. Who knew that eliminating an entire food group from my diet would actually enable me to connect with food on a deeper and more holistic level? Now l love cooking for friends and family, although I am a novice. I truly believe that food is the best way to celebrate anything, especially shabbat. There is no better way to enjoy life than to share food and eat food and I want to share the holy experience of eating and dining with as many different people as possible :)
