About Judith Chan

I used to love cooking since I was small. I remember helping out my mother and grandma and we love to hold dinner at our place having friends and relatives around. I keep on cooking when I was studying in New Zealand and Japan. I've lived in Japan for more then 10 years, and I love to cook with my Japanese friends and their parents to learn the family dishes. I sometimes teaches cooking in my apartment for the past 2 years in Japan. Recently, I'm hoping to be able to share my cooking with others where it will be a fusion of Chinese, Japanese and Western.
