"These beignets are some of the tastiest I've ever had. Being from New Orleans, it's a tough task to make a better beignet but Rioja did it right! The goat cheese and fig filling, along with the sweet port reduction, were a great compliment to the crispy, soft bite-sized doughnuts. Also make sure to order the "fresh bacon" pork belly—it literally melts before it hits your tongue."
