It’s so popular that it is still a staple today. A salad of chicken that’s been poached then rubbed with turmeric oil, mixed with rau ram, mint, sliced onion, fresh lime juice, black pepper, fish sauce, fried shallot oil, fried garlic. The Yellow rice is cooked with fresh chicken broth, turmeric, ginger & pandan. This is the perfect lunch. #vietnamesecomfortfood"
