About Yuka Ioroi

Yuka Ioroi is the co-owner GM / beverage director of Cassava in San Francisco. Cassava's beverage program includes an old world and boutique local producers focused wine list, craft beer, sake, low ABV cocktails and coffee with their partner Ritual Coffee Roasters. As a sommelier and a sake specialist, she curated the pairing selection for Cassava's nightly 4 course tasting menu and seasonal sake pairing dinners.
