David Fricaud is the chef fo the French consulate in Los Angeles.On 2010, he was semi-finalist of the tv show top chef in france. After the summer of 2014, David opens his first restaurant in a Belgium hotel called "LAFARQUES". The establishment has formerly had 2 Michelin stars.
