About Mark Holmes

Mark Holmes is the Chef de Cuisine of Nancy's Hustle in Houston, TX. He began his career in Austin, TX in 2008 cooking at places such as Foreign & Domestic and Justine's. He moved to San Francisco in 2013 and honed his skills at two michelin Lazy Bear and one michelin State Bird Provisions. He and his wife relocated to Texas early 2018 and joined the team at Nancy's Hustle where he applies his experience to help invigorate the already thriving dining scene in Houston.
