About Kausar Ahmed

I am a culinary educator, recipe developer, food, prop stylist, and cookbook author, specializing in South Asian cuisine. I launched my debut cookbook The Karachi Kitchen in North America in November 2017. It is a curated piece featuring my favorite recipes from childhood and later, motherhood. I currently work at Project feast as Chef Educator, training immigrants, and refugees in culinary education, life skills, and more. Teaching empowering and supporting communities are my biggest passions.
