Hello food lover, My name is John Leung, and I am a Canadian red seal (trades certified) cook and a former MasterChef Canada top 26, with experiences in the restaurant industry in some of Calgary’s top restaurants. While my training is mostly in French cuisine, my passion lies in Asian cuisine — Japanese, Korean, Cantonese, Taiwanese, Thai, Malay, Singaporean and Indonesian in particular.
