Where I Go Out

At My Venues

Bastilla
$$$$, Full Bar, Moroccan, New American, South Of Market
"A classic dish that always seems slightly updated every time I have it there. Buttery, flaky pastry, encasing very tender meat. With just a hint of sweetness, it simultaneously seems reimagined, and similar to the classic versions I have eaten in Morocco."
Honey & Almond
$$$$, Full Bar, Moroccan, New American, South Of Market
"I loved the presentation and flavor the gorgeous beeswax tuile added to the dish. Crispy almond meringues and a light granita was the perfect dessert to end the meal. Everyone needs to try this restaurant. Seriously stop reading, go now!"
Salmon with sunchoke, seaweed and cilantro
$$$$, Full Bar, Moroccan, New American, South Of Market
"If I had to pick a favorite dish, this would be it. Hot smoked salmon can often be dry. This salmon was so moist and buttery! The rich flavor of the salmon with the earthy sunchokes and umami notes from the seaweed made this dish absolute heaven."
Octopus with chickpea, artichoke, merguez
$$$$, Full Bar, Moroccan, New American, South Of Market
"Honestly this dish was no tastier than every other dish. It was all amazing! But many chefs struggle to get octopus perfectly tender. There's nothing worse than rubbery octopus. This baby was like butter. It was simply perfect."
