Tim Archuleta is the chef/co-owner of ICHI Sushi. Tim has nineteen years of experience as a sushi chef and over ten years of experience managing restaurant kitchens. His restaurant has been honored with numerous awards including one of America’s Top Restaurants (Zagat National 2013).

"This is my go-to place for sushi and interesting pairings. I usually let the chefs do what they want; I give them some kind of budget and let them know how hungry I am, and then let them go for it. I never leave without the spicy tuna roll, which is super crunchy from the fresh cucumber and creamy with the avocado. The spice is just right, never overwhelming."
