Rocky Maselli is the Company Chef at Marché and Provisions Market Hall in Eugene, Oregon. Marché is a full-service restaurant and bar serving market-driven regional cooking and Provisions Market Hall is a european-style food emporium that includes housemade ice cream, pizza, espresso, charcuterie, a line of specialty foods, retail accessories and a wine bar. Rocky was formerly the chef for A16 and A16 Rockridge in the Bay Area. He grew up primarily in Northern California and spent several formative years on a British Columbia island where his parents operated a marina and restaurant.
