"Fat Rice is a mishmash of European and Asian flavors. It’s like spice trade cuisine, and it’s very smart and delicious. One of many things I love here is the chili clam. It’s served in a clam shell with angel hair pasta and garlic butter with braised and chopped clam meat, then topped with really fine strips of fried clam and a lemon wedge on the side. It’s so simple and so good."
