Oysters Gilhooley


"This is basic awesomeness. Oysters that come right off the boat and are never chilled go right onto the grill with some butter, garlic, a shot of Worcestershire, and maybe some shrimp. I recommend a Lone Star or another local beer. It is worth the trek to sit on the patio and throw these guys back. It's Gulf oysters at their finest. One of my sous chefs took me there, and now it's our place to get away from the restaurant and enjoy."
