"They use really good beef here. It's a Wagyu/Angus hybrid called Washugyu. Also, you can tell they don't freeze their beef as it's cut a little thick. That's why I recommend the sukiyaki over their shabu shabu. The sauce is a bit on the sweeter side but has depth."
