"Splayed fillets of perfectly cooked trout covered in salty capers are caramelized from the fryer. A warm, cool salad of crisp haricots verts with al dente fingerlings and a smattering of Kalamatas keeps the dish light but deeply satisfying. As perfect as the dish is, two things make it even more delightful: the lighting—overhead and right on the food, it makes everything below glisten—and the price. It’s hard to find well-prepared fish in Columbus, or anywhere, under $35. This one is $25."
