Smoked half chicken


"I think chef Rodney wakes up early every day to light up the smoker. The chickens are really flavorful and full of nice BBQ spices. Have this chicken with a couple of sides and it's the perfect meal. I like to get the coleslaw and "Texas caviar" (black-eyed pea salad) as sides."
