"This is probably my favorite place in Chicago. The beauty is in simplicity. The braised tripe isn't for everyone, but I'd encourage any hesitant eater to order it—such a great new take on a classic dish. Another great dish: the Plin. Handmade ravioli with a little butter and cheese? Nothing better. Except, maybe the trippa, haha."
