"I take these both ways: one with foie gras, two with Brie. These have been my favorite sliders for years. They would still be my favorite without the cheese or liver, because whatever they are grinding for the meat is perfect. The bun is also perfect—lightly toasted and soft inside. A good way to sit out traffic in the afternoon is a plate of these and a nice Grenache. Let the others be frustrated on I-35."
