"Chef Joncarl Lachman cooks delicious, seasonal food inspired by his Dutch heritage. Of the five types of moules frites (mussels and fries) available, I always order the Amsterdam-style mussels. The buttery broth gets a kick from beer, roasted garlic, anise and fennel. Save room for the fries. They're totally addictive."
