"@the_charteroak was so thoughtful and delicious! From "tostones" with Mendocino seaweed and brown butter, to raw vegetables from their farm served with fermented soy dip (we went back the next night and ordered two more of these), to beef ribs cooked over Cabernet barrels served with smoked chewy beets dressed in the rib drippings, to slow cooked eggplant with peanut, miso and cured egg yolk. Outstanding meals both nights. Amazing service as well!"
