"Becoming pretty obsessed with using multiple citrus components in drinks recently. Especially after learning about how different acids interact with different areas of the palette, it's helped me create so much more depth in cocktails. One drink on the next menu combines pineapple, grapefruit, lemon and yuzu all in one. I'm gonna apologize in advance to the bar team for the amount of bottle touches on that build 🤷🏻‍♂️"
