"Agostino is from Calabria and his wife is from Naples. Together, they cook divine Italian seafood. I can't resist ordering two steamy, fish-filled bowls each time I dine: clams with white sauce and mussels with red sauce. The sauces are so different—I sop them up with crusty, hot French bread. They make a great grilled sepia and fried octopus, too."
