"Because I'm the fastest eater imaginable, I order this whole fish (sea bass or snapper) and fillet it myself so it lasts longer. It's nice and crispy and drenched in olive oil. I squeeze two whole lemons over it for acidity. For a side, I usually get wilted dandelion greens (horta) or spinach and rice, which reminds me of what my mother used to make."
