"I came here after a conversation with a chef whose opinion I respect, but I thought it would be too polished to be capable of serving good food. Boy, was I wrong. The juicy pork dumplings are what brought me back the first few times. They must be injecting broth into these because when you bite into them, the perfectly encapsulated juices are released and you get the wonderful bite of the soft braised pork in the center. I’ve tried to duplicate it with limited success, but I haven't given up."
"The hallmark of a great xiao long bao is if you can burn yourself with the soup inside the dumplings, and I've burnt myself a few times at Dean Sin World. Of course, the filling and the construction of the dumplings are just as important, and here, they do it right."
