"This is a childhood favorite (you'll hear that it's any San Francisco native's favorite, too). I've been eating their carnitas since grammar school. They steam the cheese onto the tortilla before building the burrito. Ask for the crisp ends from the carnitas, whole pinto beans (I don't know what they do to their beans, but they are incredible), lots of pico de gallo, and lots of their housemade special green hot sauce (I ask for three to four passes of the squeeze bottle)."
