"I love the jajangmyun from San Wang. It’s a black sauce with bits of zucchini, onions, and meat mixed with housemade noodles, and it's so fulfilling. It reminds me of home since I’m from Southern California and grew up near Koreatown. Chinese-Korean food is so different than Chinese food. There’s a definite feeling of fusion and it’s the Chinese food I grew up on."
