Gustaio sandwich


"Peter McAndrews knows how to put a sandwich together. All of the choices at his Paesano's shops are great, but my favorite is the Gustaio, a link of house-made lamb merguez with cherry mostarda, Gorgonzola dolce, and arugula on warm, toasted flatbread."
