"These are served with orange-honey butter and smoked tomato jam. I seriously figured chef Matt Gordon put crack in these biscuits—they are that good—until I covered for him and got the recipe. No crack, just amazing ingredients and lots of love. Gotta give props to any chef who ensures there’s no high fructose corn syrup in anything at his restaurant, not even in his sodas sodas. He’s also known for his magical touch with braised beef cheeks. Get 'em for dinner or the hash during lunch!"
