"For me, the OG of the 'new' burger is still the best. Only a perfectionist like chef Sang Yoon could have created such deep satisfaction. Perfectly, but not too finely, ground dry-aged beef is cooked medium-rare and topped with a jam of caramelized onions and bacon, plus a little Gruyère, Maytag blue, and a bite of arugula.
