"I love the shell-on aspect of this dish; it’s so crispy and crunchy. It's served over sprouts, lettuce, green onions, and fresh ginger, and it's tossed with a little fish sauce and sake. Sometimes I'll forget the salad and just eat six pieces of shrimp on its own. They are kind of like popcorn or potato chips—it's hard to stop once you start! It's difficult to find the restaurant, which is located under a bridge in Wailuku, but it's been consistently great for years. The waiters are also a hoot!"
