"The only menu here is a tasting menu, and it's wonderful. Though the quail egg ravioli isn't always on it, chef Michael Carlson whips up some every time I'm there. Made with ricotta, brown butter and white truffles pasta, the filling is simultaneously rich and delicate, and it's smothered in white truffles and butter. Maybe he'll make you some, too."
