"Chef Thierry Baron is a great chef and a good friend of mine. I love his tapas starters at Le Vertige. My favorite is the crispy shrimp with red curry and coconut milk sauce. It's made with good-quality shrimp and is crunchy on the outside and moist on the inside. Along with a good bottle of red Château de Chémery wine, I could easily eat a dozen of these."
